Just what they are has been the subject of much debate. Some people believe they are the spirit of a once living person while other people think they are some form of alien being or creatures from another dimension. There have been reports that often the shadow people will act in strange or unusual ways. People will see them setting and watching them. Often they will appear to come up out of the floor of a house or out through a wall. The first reports of shadow beings in written history was from Roman soldiers stationed in England around 43 Ad.
