On 26 January in AllNewsWeb it was reported that a UFO -shaped brilliant white balloon had been seen a town in Russia and that this sighting was witnessed by dozens of residents to 40 KM from the border with Ukraine, Starooskolsh near Belgore.   The curious thing about this sighting which was widely reported by Russian media that the UFO is shot constants white lightning to the ground. This object was causing major interference to TV sets throughout the area as reported by witnesses and in line with other recent sightings produced in Bristol (November 2008) and Rosario (Argentina) in 2007, which could also consider flying objects pointed to the ground with powerful light beams.
