Blocks of ice in the Urals

A very strange phenomenon occurred January 26, 2012 on the Ural River in Russia, where mysterious ice blocks have surfaced.
Blocks of ice larger were found in the Ural River by local residents, appeared on the river without explanation!
These have apparently been cut in the ice but it seems impossible that humans are behind the story. How otherwise can we explain that huge blocks of ice were found scattered within a radius of 20 meters.
Blocks perfectly symmetrical or completely unlikely, strange marks on the ice and other phenomena were observed. In short, many people think once aliens in any case it remains unexplained!
